All products are made to order and non returnable and non refundable unless they are deemed as having a manufacturers defect relating to its aesthetics or craftsmanship. All defective claims must be made within 15 days from the date the item was delivered. Images of the defective product may be requested and must be submitted via email within 2 business days upon request. Additionally, DNA Athletix reserves the right to request the product be shipped back within 5 business days from the date of request for further inspection. Shipping cost must be paid by the customer and will be reimbursed in the full amount of the shipping receipt if the product is deemed as defective. If the claim is approved, the item will be reproduced or refunded back to the original form of payment at the customers request. If the claim is denied, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Any defective claims must be submitted in the below "contact us" tab with detailed information supporting the claim. Order number must be included with your request.
Products which are not personally customized are exchangeable under certain conditions at the sole discretion of DNA Athletix and is based on whether or not the product is resalable. Exchange requests will only be considered for products that have not been used or laundered. If approved, product must be returned in its original packaging and replacement item may take from 2-4 weeks to be reproduced and shipped. Exchange requests must be submitted in the below "contact us" tab with a descriptive reason for exchange. Order number must be included with your request.
